Samsung Reality
Hi, I have the reality and I found that you can play movies on it as long as they are in the .mp4 format but when I transferred the file to my card and tried to play it on the device it is not showing up in the list as an option. Does anyone know how I would go about playing an actual movie on my phone? Thanks for any assistance you can give me. -K-

Which would you choose and why?
Ok I have the chocolate touch right now which I like but I have an upgrade coming and what something new. The 3 phones are the Incredible, blackberry storm or the lg ally. I would like something that I can use as also a music player like I have with the chocolate because right now I have it where I can download unlimited music to my phone with Rhapsady. Any ideas? Eric

Samsung Reality Help
My wife likes the Reality, but hates having to "swipe" to answer a call. Since it isn't my phone I am not up on it as much as mine. Is there a setting to eliminate this "swiping"? Thanks!

Touch Pro 2 contact manager
Hi all, I am running WM 6.5 on my Verizon TP2. Overall, I am happy with the phone. However, the default Touch Flo contact manager is horrible. I will often select a contact to view their info, then go back to the list of contacts using the on screen Back button. This takes you to the top of the list instead of where you were previously which is very frustrating when you have a long list of contacts. Also, there is no convenient way to change the way ALL contacts are displayed. You can change them one by one but can't change them all to be First Name Last Name instead of Last, First that I can find. My first question is, how do I change the default contact manager in Touch Flo to be the Windows contact manager instead of the stripped down HTC version? In other words, when I click on My Favorites, then click on All Contacts, I want to be taken to the Windows contact manager instead of the HTC version. The same goes for the Contacts link on the Phone screen. My second question is, any good alternative contact managers out there that address the problems with the default contact manager? I am happy with the Touch Flo interface and want to continue to use it but their version of the contact manager needs to go. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, hiaxis

latest omnia 2 update questions
so, I sent in my phone, and they determined the software was the issue (though I went through the original ROM and DC 23), and it seems I am stuck with DC 23, since that's what they forced on me. please let me know what I am in for, I have heard mention of limited settings, but would please like details so I can anticipate if this is going to effect the usability of this phone for me.

Disputing Airline Ticket Charges
Here's my situation.... Back in April I booked a flight internationally with 2 other people with Spirit Airlines using my Citi Mastercard. Since then, some things have come up which I prefer not to discuss and now I can no longer go on the trip. The problem is that the tickets are non-refundable so basically I get screwed if I don't go. Now the question.... As far as disputing charges go, is there any way that I could call up Citi and tell them that I do not recognize the charges and have them removed? I never actually spoke with the Spirit Air representative - one of my friends who was in charge of organizing the trip took my CC and booked it for me. I never gave anyone authorization over the phone to use my card.

SAMSUNG OMNIA HANG
Hello! I have Samsung Omnia Phone. Today suddenly I got the Message "Memory critically Low" and You must select one of this task to close. The problem is I can't close any task and can't shutdown my Phone. It is just hang. I tried to connect with My PC and also tried to charge . Nothing worked. Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you,

I paid for some minutes on a friend's cell. Turns out his cell had my debit card stored on his phone so he was able to charge $64.00 again to my card since it was stored. Unauthorized!

Samsung Reality Calendar
Would anybody happen to know if there is any way to sync the calendar on the Samsung Reality? I need this for work and was told when I bought the phone that I could - only to find out...I can't.

Hard Inquiry on an existing CC account?
So I've had an account in inactive status with CFNA for about 4 years or so and I called them asking if I could reactive it and the told me that they would have to rerun my credit. I figured they would have to do that but they told me if would be a soft inquiry because I'm an existing customer. I made it very clear to the person on the phone that the only way I would reactivate my credit line would be if it was going to be a soft or else I wouldn't do it. They assured me it would be a soft but now here I am with a hard inquiry on my TU credit report and I'm thinking about calling them back and telling them to have TU remove it. I mean what else can I do? Are creditors even able to do that? Will they take responsibility for something like that or am I SOL? Do you guys think I could have a case if I were to dispute through TU, because it clearly shows on my credit report that I have a previous CFNA account and now theres another one. Or should I start with contacting CFNA first? Thanks in advance. -CValle86
