I am considering buying a summer cottage and I am requesting info about the community, the flood insurance costs and the restrictions of no beverages or food on the beach.

Where can I get renter’s insurance in NJ if my apartment is close to the ocean?

I need renters insurance but I am greater than 1000 ft but less than 1500 ft from the ocean. No one will insure me. Not good. I need help! Thanks!
