The RESPA and TILA violations were committed on 2004. Some attorneys want to get my case and some tell me that the statute was expired after 3 years. I also have fraud on the mortgage loan.

Any Nevada law re:an heir threatening a sibling heir to estate with exclusion unless they sign a form?
