Just bought the house, they didn’t tell us that the neighbors had part of their driveway, concrete and blacktop, and their fence on the property. We don’t want to argue with our new neighbors, but we are talking about more than just a foot or two. Aren’t they supposed to tell you something like that before you sign the closing papers?
There was a title insurance and a survey was done, they did not mark the pens as we had asked, they finally sent someone out and they marked the pens, which shows that they are on our property. We have only owned the house for a couple of months,
