We are receiving a lump sum settlement and we have an 18K car loan to pay off and 3 small credit cards to pay off. Would it be better if we paid them off right away and are done with them or if we paid like 3K a month on the car for 6 months and paid double for the cc to pay them off to get our credit up?

Thanks in advance. Any advise you can give is helpful!
