Searching for a book on xbox repair the red ring.?

Can this book be at the local library or can I purchase it at a store with books for sale.
The internet has the book at www.xbox repair.com but it all costs money with a credit card.
Don’t have access to such a thing. When I purchase anything I pay cash .
Does anyone know of the answer to this question. This three red ring issue is everyone’s nightmare.
