I am purchasing a new home and will not be residing in the home for three months. However, I plan to travel back and fourth and will occuy the home and move some belongings in several times during that three months. Will I still be covered if there is loss?

Insurance companies all ask if this is your full-time resident. I cannot say yes, since I am not actually living there full-time. So what does one do here? They all say they cannot cover me since I am not actually moved in and residing there full-time.

I know they must cover people, because when I went out to look at houses for sale, over half were vacant, many for months. How are these people insured, or do they just not know if their house burned down, they would NOT likely be covered?

How much does it cost to register a car in Arizona? How does the income tax rate in Arizona compare to other states? Is homeowners insurance very expensive in Arizona?

I am thinking about buying a home, perhaps a CHEAP one like 60,000 that I could fix up. However I don’t have Excellent credit, but it’s not poor either. I don’t have any money for a down payment, and feel it would take too long to actually save for one, (10,000 maybe a few years). [...]

And when is the right time to move out of your parents’ house and into your own place, and what should you buy a regular home or an apartment. And what are the steps? PS I am planning on being a United States History teacher if that helps. I say this because teachers obviously don’t [...]
