HYPOTHETICALLY…………If you are trying to sell a house, you get audited (like it says in the bill) and they say that you have to upgrade a whole lot of stuff that you can’t AFFORD to upgrade (windows, doors, a/c unit etc.) because you HAVE to be GREEN before you can LEGALLY sell it, would it just be better to ‘accidentally’ burn the house down and collect the insurance money?
