January housing starts increase 5.8%
The seasonally adjusted annual rate of housing starts reached 186,300 units in January, up 5.8 per cent from 176,100 in December.

I opened this account in Dec 09 app online and they gave me 100.00 cl. Made a few small purchases and paid in full. I called the automated system tonight to find out my avail cl. They gave me a 200.00 auto increase! :smileyvery-happy: I know it’s not much but I wasn’t expecting one so soon it has only been two months. This was quite a nice surprise. How do you find out your avail credit other than calling the automatic number? I can’t find this anywhere on the paper bill or on the online statement. I have checked my account online frequently and it only tells me how much I have spent and the minimum payment due. Had I not called the automatic sys I would have never known about the increase. Thanks
FHA loan costs to increase
It will cost more money to get an FHA loan in 2010. The Federal Housing Administration will raise prices. The increase will amount to an extra $500 for every $100,000 borrowed. It’s bad news for the 30 percent of borrowers who get FHA-insured mortgages.
