Me and my husband went to a mortgage with a mortgage company to obtain. We have been pre-approved for a FHA loan. Later, she told us that we are not looking for a house until we had some first deposit. I thought that in Wisconsin no down payment for the buyer first home time available. Now we are confused because our friend who just bought a house and was not given long ago that using any deposit. Our mortgage company told us that the grant for not more available. Now there is no such thing as a deposit for first time buyers in Wisconsin?
he is my brother in Minnesota and the contact with his alleged co mortgage. House is 5 months now, because it is not done with the work there occasionally. He draws all, (I just put an end to the mortgage for two houses that we sell, we live in WI) bills piling up and it will not tell me where the money was spent. He said that we have a contract with him and he did not need to tell me what the job was br-br or at all. If we would have had an actual contract with him, we do not have anything in our loan documents, as a contract for a summary of statements of work, materials (cost of the roof floor at the election ,,) have nothing like that on loans and securities. Is this cheating or what. I try to understand what must be done, and he will not tell me what to do and wanted to see a lawyer next week. Is this normal for a contractor? any comments would be helpful, cuz he really think he took advantge of us.
