Home Protection Insurance for heating system?

I am possibly looking at the option of getting this home protection insurance for my heating/ac unit.
I think you can file a claim after 30 days.

I read some of term and agreement.
Not quite sure if this will cover the replacing my furnace.

Does any of you have any experiences with this kind of insurance??
How difficult is it to claim??

My Mom owns two trailer size homes twenty feet from each other side by side on the same property and are connected by the same sewer line. Due to the cold winters here, the pipes, even though insulated, froze and busted. Also the heat. In a month both homes will become unlivable if the sewer [...]
