I have updated my roof to a green roof should the BCEG grade change on my home owners declaration Ins. form?

The Building Code or BCEG grade on my Home Owners Declaration form is showing a “99″. Also the Roof Style shows “Flat” But I updated to a gable, Metal “green” roof. I am updating my info with my New Ins. Carrier. Should I change the code also, and if so to what?

We are on the H1B visa in the United States from past 3 years, applied for the green card and planning to buy a home (prices are low now and also benefit the economy if possible), but the question arises – why do people wait to buy property until they get the Green Card ? [...]

I’m pretty Green when it comes to loans…I have a 3yr loan, negative amortization that matured early.?

Six months early. We were paying 1,400 a month and now we are to pay 3,600 until Dec. We cannot pay it. The penalty will be 17,000 if we decide to refinance. Any suggestions what to do. The mortgage company did a real good one on us,our interest rate started at 1% and now 8.77% [...]
