Our student house just got burgled, help please!?

Last night, our house as well as 30 others in the area that night, mainly students, were burgled. Most of our contents was taken back before so a lot of it was out. However I myself left my xbox360 in the house and that got taken by the scum. My friends guitar and speakers were also taken.

I got insurance a while ago covering it, so I’m alright there, however I bought the Xbox after the insurance was taken out. So what I wanted to know, is whether contents bought after the insurance is taken out (with enough and more to cover the overall cost currently) are covered as well. I don’t want to have to buy another xbox again.

(And yes I know it’s silly to be a student with a games console, but I need it as an out let lol)

my adjuster said insurance company came up with a price. he’s been paid. when i calll them they say investgation not finished. they are sending a man to my home to question my family why? and is this normal?we are the victims here. someone help please what should i do next

my old team i managed was the red bulls and they were tanks but then i got an offer to go to Aston Villa and it said their club budget was around 50 million, i signed and when i saw their club budget it now says -$ 2,147,483,646. theres no way i can earn 2 billion dollars from games and i have 8 players retiring so i can’t sell anyone. is there any way to fix this???

Is there a Xbox 360 computer chip that can be installed to allow you to play NTSC games on a PAL console?

So, 2 weeks ago, me and my family went over to America on a holiday, while we were there, I bought quite a few Xbox 360 games…$ 500 dollars worth. Now, when I first purchased the games, I opened them straight away to read the booklet inside the cover. So returning it is almost impossible now. We arrived home today, and I tried to use one of the games I bought over there, but apparently, America runs off of a different…System? IDK, but I can only use PAL type Xbox games on my console because I have a PAL console.

So, is there maybe a chip or something that can be placed in your console to make it let you play NTSC and PAL Xbox 360 games?
E.G; there’s a chip that you can put into Playstation 2 consoles that allows you to play games that have been copied onto a disc, where as if you don’t have that chip, the console can’t play copied discs.

Please help, I’ve saved money for over a year just to buy these games..

Now I get this increase in interest rates now have a 10 per cent to be my first and payments to kill us. I went to refinance nationwide, check my credit card was 700, my income was in order. Then send a apparisal amounts to 185k, national told me I can not do anything. am lost and felt like i have been lied too by my mortage company. In 04 we bought a townhome for 174k had 2 loans, 1 for 140k that is a ARM and other for 35k. august of 05 we were approached by Countrywide that has our 1st loan telling us we have a value of 220k and you have about 35k in usable equity. We had about 25k in medical debt for my kids hospital bill. They suggested to roll that in with my 35k second. The selling point was to clear those payments to get ready to refinance my 1st which is a ARM to a fixed plan. Now i am getting these rate hikes now have a 10percent on my first and the payments are killing us. I went to countrywide to refinance, check my credit was 700, my income was fine. Video games takes time away from time students need to learn academic materials, it takes money away from students and their parents. For profit Student loans mortgages students future income. Corporations take choices out of younger Americans’ future.

I thought this was the kind of behavior that they frown upon. O’Donnell also sued her former employer for $ 9 million due to “mental anguish”. Doesn’t that sound like a frivolous lawsuit?
