What’s the cheapest way to get from London’s Gatwick airport to the Marriott Executive Apts in Canary Wharf?

Hi,

I’m flying into London on Fri the 21st of Nov and I will need to get from London Gatwick airport to the Marriott Executive Apartments in West India Quay in Canary Wharf.

I know if I take a taxi, it will cost a fortune, and it looks to take a little over an hour to get there, so I was wondering which train and/or tube I should take to get there?
