Where can I find information on clean energy loan financing?

I live in San Diego and want to install solar panels, but I do not have $ 20,000 to spend for on a system up front and I already have a second mortgage. Are there any other ways to finance this investment?

Im am looking for lenders who are giving home improvement loans for energy efficient upgrades on redsidental homes. These loans are for current homeowners.
