I’m getting recruited by Farmers Insurance Group. Can someone share their experiences with me?

I’ve spent my career in Business Consulting, Sales (& Engineering) and would consider a career change. I’m interested to hear from other people that have actually taken the plunge and joined Farmers Insurance Group. How was the transition? What were your initial earnings (1st to 3rd year)? Did they require a francise fee? How did you build your client list? Anthing else you can share that was good or bad in starting out.

Beware listing additional insured (landlord) on business insurance can be used as their legal rep against you?
