I am trying ti be a co owner of a house but in order to get accepted my credit score must be 640. When I checked mine it was 638! So if I go spend $ 1,000 right now and pay it in full that same day. Will my credit score rise up or is it not as simple as that? Also since I already checked my credit score could the bank check it without a penalty?
