I’ve recently learned that realtors in southwest colorado are buying houses to keep up demand. I understand that they have been told to do so by their superiors in the real estate business (perhaps NAR?). Isn’t this a conflict of interest? If they buy the houses to keep demand high doesn’t that violate their fiduciary duty to other buyers? Isn’t this the same as a stock broker buying stock in a company just to keep the price up until he (or she) suckers other people to buy the stock? Is this happening in your area? What do you think of this?
We will moving from Wisconsin to Castle Rock, CO in January, 2007. We are building a new home there. We would appreciate any auto and home insurance company recommendations & comments in that area for the best coverage & service at the lowest cost.

I am looking for a FHA 30 fixed loan and want some lenders with the lowest rates. It is usually around 6% but if you have a lender that can offer lower I want to know. Please only Colorado lenders because each state has different laws.
