I am giving him his asked price on the house because it is very reasonable and within my price range but I am having a hard time coming up with a lot of money for closing costs. This is my first home. The seller is very reasonable. I just want to have a better idea of what to ask him to pay. Please empower me.

I want to put in an offer and ask for closing cost, but I dont know if the seller or lender is paying for them. I think its better if the bank/lender because they have money and the sellers dont since its a short sale.
