I’m interested in a HUD home. I contacted the listing agent and set up an appointment to view the home later this week (the earliest he was available to show the home). I drove by the home today and it has a “pending sale” sign on it. According to the HUD web site, the initial bidding on this home does not close until Sunday. Is it possible to sell the home before the bidding has closed?
My Maytag Gemini smooth top double oven range is beeping with Error F-1-8 and saying call technician. I checked the manual and it says F-1-8 means “Shorted KeyPAD”.
