I got in touch with Synchrony bank executive customer service in regards to having late payments taken off of two of my closed Synchrony Bank accounts (Care credit and lowes) and have failed miserably. Have resubmitted my request a total of 3 times, and each time, the new rep reiterates the same response as the last and sends me copies of all the previous responses. I have hit a dead end. Any advice??
