So I just had an old collection account drop off all 3 CRA’s (Portfolio Recovery – 7.5 years old) And I got a letter from them saying, “In the interest of good customer service, we are deleting this account and will cease all collection activity”.  I’m like ok thanks for that *insert rolling eye face* then this morning I get a call from them offering me a settlement agreement. *insert rolling eye face again*  Just had to share
