    Had an unpleasant experience recently,* While in the midst of negotiations with a seller, a second contract was submitted to the seller along with my accepted verbal counter offer.* The second contract came from the seller’s agent’s home office.*Offer #2 was*a “better” offer than ours and the one the seller accepted.* Do I have any recourse with the seller’s agent who continued to show the property the 2 days we were negotiating and also for not requiring her seller to counter offer in writing?* If the counter offer had been in writing, the sale would have been complete and I wouldn’t feel like my offer was used as a tool to generate a higher offer.* Thanks in advance.*
