Although the title has some slightly exaggerated tone, but nonetheless, I would encourage readers to at least check it out at a local library. After all, there aren't that many mortgage resources compared to Wall Street stock market books.

As a complete novice in the world of mortgage, I got a much better and clearer view from it than I was expecting. If you are a first time homebuyer, it's gold. I have a much better handle on what to expect and what to avoid as I head into the mortgage market. This is, by far, the best of the three books I have read on mortgages.

Everyone in our office is very busy and needless to say no one has time to train you. It is a sink or swim environment. I purchased this book on a Wednesday night and read the entire book by the time the weekend was over. It was so interesting and laid out so well that I just couldn't put it down. I walked in the office Monday a whole lot more knowledgable. What a wonderful study guide! Thanks.
