Dear Droid Users, I am finding that the Droid is amazing on email, great with navigation, but puzzling for simple phone functions, which surprised me. My only conclusion is that there must be secrets I do not know; if not, I am going to be very disappointed with this phone. 1) Ez phone call ending – I could end anything on my Voyager with a press on the bottom right hand corner…ez. Where is the ez end call on the Droid? 2) One button push on my Voyager brought up a new text message…or a contact name to call. Click, click, done. Please direct me to the click, click, done for my Droid — text message, or phone call. One touch and I get…email addresses or FB friends. 3) After using the backup system on verizonwireless.net, I am pleased that my same voice message is there. And, as I said, the email is amazing. But, my all the phone numbers in my list that are not on Google come up as numbers only. I don’t recognize who is calling me because there are no names attached! Problem. 4) Finally, it is not clear to me how the minutes on my phone are affected by Pandora or Navigation and what might be the preferred plan to get through the month with enough minutes. Can you get the same apps for all smartphones? Like, can you have all of the apps the Droid can get on the HTC Touch Pro 2, or are different apps offered to different phones? And are there apps smartphones can get that non-smartphones can’t get? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Since upgrading to Windows Mobile 6.5 I have been having graphics glitches on the screen of the phone. For example when you go to reply to a text on Sense UI on the input box of the text message you have a long line in the middle of the box which doesn’t go away until you get on the second line. Every once in a while the whole screen will just go corrupted and if you change to another on Sense UI the screen is back to being perfectly fine. I have tried soft reseting and hard reseting the phone. Does anyone else experience these issues or am I the only one? Will verizon issue me another phone because of this problem?

I’ve set a ringtone on one of my contacts, however, when that person calls, I get the default ringtone. Same ringtone is used in another contact. Seems like the contact ringtone is ignored. I do get the notification screen showing picture, etc from contact. I have SPB Mobile Shell 3.5 and PI 9.0. Under settings, the ringtone does show up. Searched and searched in this and other forums with no solution found. PDF manual is no help.

1. I have an Omnia II and am confused with email. There are 2 email icons on the menus. I have set up the one with @ sign on it. I set it up with my primary verizon email account. Can I add my other verizon accounts or does it only allow 1. When I try to set up others it says name already taken. 2. The other email icon is for web mail. Is that included with the 29.99 data plan. It tells me to download something and then set upi the accounts. Thanks for any help
