Touch Pro2 Win 6.5 upgrade block recognizer gone

Just installed the Windows 6.5 upgrade on my Touch Pro2 and found that the only input methods now are virtual keyboard or slide-out keyboard.  Block recognizer (graffiti) has apparently been removed.

Does anyone know if the alternate data entry modes can be activated in 6.5?  If not, is it possible to backgrade to 6.1?
